This rental unit is 630 square feet and is located in a separate outbuilding from the main residence. The property is secluded and private yet located in the heart of Scottsdale. There is an unheated swimming pool, gas BBQ, and ramada that is shared with the Owners. The suite includes a kitchen with corian counters, a refrigerator, a 2 burner cook-top, convection oven (countertop model) and microwave. A separate bedroom with king bed and an alcove with a sofa/sleeper, queen size bed can accommodate 4 persons. A bath with shower(no tub) completes the space. There is also an outdoor sitting area with table and chairs. TV with cable. CD player and radio. Private Wi-Fi. No cleaning fee and no checkout “to do” list. There is a pet fee, $20 per pet. There is a car charging fee, $20 per day.
