You will find yourself across the street from the Desert Horizon Park where you can take advantage of a big, sandy playground, and basketball and volleyball courts.This exceptional two-level home offers almost 3,000 square feet, four bedrooms and three bathrooms to accommodate up to 14 guests.You’ll enter the home via the double front doors and into the main living area with a sitting room, living room, kitchen and dining area – all open and bright with high ceilings.Living Room: This room offers contemporary-style furnishings including a spacious sectional and dual armchairs, a 65″ Smart TV and a decorative fireplace (non-functional). You’ll also have access to the incredible backyard and pool area.Kitchen: The open chef’s kitchen is fully equipped and provides stainless-steel appliances, a kitchen center island and bar seating for four. There is also a high-top bistro table with seating for two.Dining Room: The dining room offers a lovely glass-top table, plush seating for six and is accentuated by a gorgeous chandelier.Sitting Room (off the entrance): This cozy area offers a conversation area with a queen sofa-sleeper and armchairs.Bedrooms/Bathrooms:Master Bedroom (upper level) — Soaring ceilings accentuate this spacious room offering a king size bed, queen sofa-sleeper, 65″ Smart TV, and a walk-in closet.
