Just 7 minutes from Old town Scottsdale, 7 minutes from Talking Stick Casino, and 12 minutes from Camelback mountain hiking.The Space:This house features quartz countertops, custom tile showers, and plush hotel quality bedding. The back yard has a great heated pool and outdoor space. (There is a 1 time fee of $100 to heat the pool Nov-April) Also enjoy yard games, board games, a Cabana, UHD TVs with streaming, fitness equipment, and a fully stocked kitchen. This house will have everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay.Bedroom breakdown is as follows: Master – King. BR#2 – 2 Full Beds. BR#3 – Queen. Living room sofa-bed also pulls out.Garage: 9 ft wide, 7 ft tall, 17 ft deep.Guest Access:Guests will have private access to the entire home and pool.The Neighborhood:Scottsdale is one of Phoenix’s most desirable areas, with a great mix of homes, restaurants, entertainment, and shopping.Getting Around:Lyft/Uber are ideal.
