The other half of the first floor includes brand-new couches perfect for relaxing and watching the Hi-Def 60 inch flat-screen TV. The sitting room located off of the living room has an awesome over sized chess set sure to entertain the board gamers for hours on the rainy day. First floor is finished off with one half-bath and front-loading washer/dryer.The second floor has three of the bedrooms, all with full size beds. Master suite has a master bath with walk-in shower, over-sized tub and separate powder vanity with plenty of space to get ready for a night on the town. The other two bedrooms on the floor have new queen size beds and share full bath in the hall with shower/tub combo.The third floor will be all about the kids in the family both young and old. This room has been completely redone and has new carpet and paint. Two queen size beds grace one side of the top floor while a entertainment area finishes of the room. Flat-screen TV, bean bags and couch will provide countless hours of enjoyment once the sun goes down.The exterior of the house includes a wrap-around porch and fully screened in porch on the back of the house. Porch has new furniture and will be one of the favorite hang-out spots at the residence. Gas grill completes the outdoor living area on the back porch. Two car garage under the house provides ample parking while also providing space to store all your beach toys.
