The cottage has two bedrooms.Home has a newer kitchen with a hot plate and a microwave (NO oven), new windows, new bath with shower/tub combo; outside enclosed shower, new picnic table, enclosed porch that is newly furnished; cable TV, WI-FI, gas BBQ grille, picnic table. Home also has a new AC/heating unit and parking for 2 cars….one in driveway & one out front. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the famous pier for those fries, fried dough & amusements.
