Sea Club II Unit 2A – Amazing cottage on the Bay, 10 minute walk to the beach!This 3 bedroom waterfront cottage sits directly on Little Sarasota Bay. It features 3 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bath. Offering king beds in the master bedrooms, and 4 bunk beds in the third bedroom, it is ideal for 2 families or couples. The en-suite baths in the 2 masters and the beautiful kitchen have been totally renovated in 2021. The open concept dining and front rooms offer spacious accommodations for large groups. Enjoy fishing or boating just out your front door or walk across the street to your private beach access! Sit on the front deck and watch the parade of boats go by, along with the playful dolphins and a wide variety of birds. You can even rent your own boat nearby, and dock it right in front of the cottage. Boat storage and boat trailer storage is not provided. A charcoal grill and beach equipment are provided for renter’s use.The Cottage is located at Sea Club ll, set on almost four acres of palm, oak and banyan trees. It offers a calm, friendly and relaxed atmosphere reminiscent of Old Florida. Enjoy the sun or take a swim in the brand new pool (heated during cold weather) or the shade at the tiki hut and BBQ area. Walk over to beautiful Crescent Beach to enjoy the sun and surf or to watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico!This property has an active Ring doorbell at the main entrance.
