This apartment faces east and has views of the beach dunes. It has exposed wood beam ceilings and updated beach decor throughout the unit. The living space is an open concept room that has a dining table for four, a pull out sofa, two arm chairs and a smart TV (HD cable + streaming capabilities) for relaxing after your day at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking essentials needed for your stay, including a Keurig for your coffee fix. There is a microwave, dishwasher and stove/oven for cooking meals as well as a full refrigerator and freezer. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, a closet with an iron and ironing board, a ceiling fan, and bedside reading lights. There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub, linens, and storage for your toiletries (not provided). Additional amenities include a hair dryer and beach towels for your use during your stay. There is a shared washing machine and dryer on the property for all units to use.Guests will have full access to all common areas of the property. The property features a large outdoor courtyard and entertaining space that is for all guests to enjoy. In the courtyard you will find Adirondack chairs, a grill, multiple dining areas, and two outdoor showers. Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach is located less then 2 miles away and is an easy drive or bike ride!Amelia Island is a small area and is very easy to navigate! There is free parking available throughout the entire island making driving very easy to any place you choose to visit.
