Sea Isle Canal House* Pool, Hot Tub, Bar, 2 Kitchens, 6 TV’s, Green Fish Lights!No parties, large gatherings, or loud activities allowed. No parking on the grass. No smoking inside the house. There is a 4 vehicle maximum allowed. We are good friends with neighbors and they keep an eye on the property. Violation of rules will result in loss of deposit.The fish come to you at this Canal Home with Green Underwater Fishing Lights! You can see them swimming through all night long! Two fishing kayaks are on property for your use in the canals. You also will enjoy your own luxurious private swimming pool and hot tub with a TV you can easily see from the pool or deck. The hot tub is preheated to 103 degrees. The pool is not heated. There is a nicely equipped downstairs kitchen around the corner with a bar and TV there as well. Automated panels go up and down by remote control to cover the TV and close the bar area! There is a wood smoker down there too right next to it all, sometimes even wood ready to smoke a brisket. Meat smoking tips included! There is also a separate propane grill to use. The little time you spend up in the house will be in clean luxury. Premium linens and towels await. Beach towels included. The kitchen seats 6 easily and more painlessly. There are TV’s in every room upstairs with Premium Xfinity Cable. Kids room has a stand up Pac Man game! You have a huge deck upstairs to enjoy the nightly pink puffy cloud sunsets right in front of you! The beach is a one half mile walk or drive away. Do you have enough time to enjoy all of this?! No Pets Please Sorry! Also**You are renting the house and not the Sea Isle Community Amenities. No access to Sea Isle Fishing Pier, Community Pool (You Have Your Own!), or Marina. Boat Lift is Off Limits. Boat owners can pay deposit for Marina access key.
