Bicycles, beach chairs, surfboards and boogie boards can be stored in the one car garage. A large private and fenced back yard.2014 renovations included electrical and plumbing; new kitchen and cabinets, flooring, appliances; new bathroom with walk-in shower; new bath on the 2nd floor with a cast iron tub; outside shower, and all rooms freshly painted. New deck, 2019!The cottage welcomes families of 4-6 people, and is in easy proximity to world-renowned Coast Guard and Nauset Light Beaches, the Cape Cod Visitor’s Center, the Nauset Bike Trail and beach shuttle.Traditionally on the Cape, families bring own bed sheets & pillowcases, bath towels and toiletries. If you are traveling and need certain items, please let us know.A rental agreement will be emailed to you for your review and signature.
