A queen sofa sleeper resides in the living room area.OUTDOOR LIVING…Enjoy the rare perk of a private 28 ft. boat slip on the dock just steps from this unit (trailers are not allowed to be stored on property – please inquire for local suggestions). This unobstructed slip allows for seamless navigation out to open turquoise waters. Clean your catch at the dock with a cocktail in hand as the sun sets in the distance and grill up your savory dinner at the gas grill steps away. Dig your toes into the warm, sandy beach and find your serenity with just the sounds of the sea by your side. We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last).
