The outside ground floor is equipped with BBQ pit and tables and seating for those evening cook outs, the outdoor shower is on the ground level as well for making rinsing off the sand easy for all, beach towels are provided and a washer and dryer on ground floor for towel washing to help with keeping sand out of the house.
