Our 2,500-square-foot home has been updated with new furniture in September 2022. You will enjoy a direct beach path straight from the backyard! When you return from the beach to your summer house, simply rinse off at the outdoor shower & enjoy the large private gated pool, grill, hammock, and fire pit. Access to bicycle and walking trails are within 100 feet of the driveway.Key Features:- 5th Row Beach House on a quiet street away from the main road (NOT on Sea Pines Drive)- Very short walk to the beach, with no streets to cross! No more than 3 cars are allowed as on-street parking is prohibited – this keeps the beach quiet :)** The pool can be heated for an additional 100.00 a day for the entire length of your trip. You must request the pool be heated at least 2 weeks prior to your vacation, thank you!
