Sea Pines Plantation Club Villa # 443 – Great Location!Enjoy your stay in our two bedroom, two bath Plantation Club Villa, with views of two golf courses – the 9th hole of Atlantic Dunes by Davis Love and the 1st and 18th holes of Heron Point by Pete Dye. Plantation Club has two swimming pools available for all guests, each with a baby pool. The closest pool is just 25 yards from our building.The villa is located in the closest building in Plantation Club to the newly renovated Sea Pines Beach Club (1/4 mile). It is directly adjacent to golf at the Atlantic Dunes and Heron Point courses and the newly renovated golf Clubhouse, and is an easy bike ride to Harbour Town and South Beach. Walk down the path from the building to rent bikes from The Sea Pines Bike Shop, and stroll over to the clubhouse to enjoy dining at Fraser’s Tavern, overlooking both Atlantic Dunes and Heron Point courses. There are miles of pathways and beachfront for biking, hiking and jogging. The seasonal trolley is also available to take you from place to place, with a stop right in the Plantation Club property.For your vacation of total escape and relaxation, the villa is decorated with a cheerful ‘at the beach’ theme. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a French door refrigerator. There’s wireless internet throughout, and HDTVs in the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, with private bath and dressing area, and the second bedroom has two queen beds and a separate bath. Additional sleeping accommodations for two are available on the queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. You can pack lightly, because there’s also a laundry room with a new large capacity washer and dryer.A fabulous tennis opportunity is also offered to guests with free daily tennis at the South Beach Racquet Club. Guests can make 24 hour advance reservations for one hour of reserved court time per day and unlimited walk-on court time as available.The villa is on the fourth floor for optimal views, with easy elevator access.
