Weekly (Saturday to Saturday) rentals only mid-May through mid-AugustThe interior of the villa was completely repainted in the fall of 2021. The master bedroom (king) and bath (walk-in shower) is on the main floor. Located upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has 2 twin beds. There are two roll-away beds located in the closets of the upstairs bedrooms.Downstairs, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (new refrigerator, stove and microwave in fall of 2019) and a washer and dryer. There is a large dining table to accommodate all guests. A spacious, sunny Carolina room offers great views, comfortable seating, and a large flat screen TV for relaxation. Alligators make their home in the lagoon and you will have a direct view from the villa.This quiet end unit is an approximate 5-10 min walk from beach access in Sea Pines. There is a small patio and lots of green space to roam and enjoy the scenery. Don’t forget your fishing pole for the lagoon! The complex offers a putting green and tennis courts for guest use. This complex is located just inside the Ocean Gate of Sea Pines and is a quick car ride (or slightly longer bike ride) to Harbor Town and South Beach.
