The Sea Spray Cottages are an adorable group of 4 Units located in the North End of Anna Maria, West of Gulf Drive and only a few houses to the highly acclaimed Gulf Beach.Sea Spray 3 is the upper level cottage in a 2 story building. This unit has 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bath and is located at the rear of the property. Comfortable beachy furnishings with an open concept living area.This unit shares a propane grill along with an outdoor dining area on the side of house with the unit below. The complex shares a laundry room on the rear of the property. There is a TV with Cable in the living room. The master bedroom has a queen bed and there are two twins in the guest bedroom.You will absolutely love the short stroll to the beach as well as the Island charm offered by the quaint four-plex.PETS: Please note this property is NOT pet friendly.PARKING: 1 car maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.”You are vacationing in a residential area.
