The bedrooms have a king in master and twin beds in guest bedroom and sleeper sofa in living room. The living room has a sleeper sofa for children; Not for Adults Flat screen television in the living room and the master bedroom. Free Wifi and washer and dryer in the unit. Next door at the Apollo is a Restaurant. A short 10 minute walk north out of the parking lot are more restaurants, movie theater with dining, and mini golf.EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked.
