You can see the entire 3+ miles of the crescent beach from this unit! 3 flat screen tvs and DVD players. King bed in the master, and bunk beds in guest bedroom, the bottom bunk is a queen size bed and a twin on top. The building has a heated pool, jacuzzi and a covered seating area. There are also tennis courts on the grounds. There is a washer and dryer in unit. There is a restaurant next door or more available down the street. Shopping, restaurants, movies and mini golf about 7/10 of a mile away. You must stay to appreciate this condo.EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.NOTE: No Screen DoorsPARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. As of June 1, 2022; There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date.
