The large dining table that seats 8 and the kitchen center island offers a great workstation for the chef. The laundry room is just off the kitchen.3501 Seabrook Island Rd comfortably accommodates 10 guests in 5 bedrooms, all with their own TVs and spaced to offer 3 distinct private areas for families or adults traveling together. The huge, master bedroom suite is located off the living room and features a king bed, TV, a desk workstation and a full bathroom with a large soaking tub and shower. Upstairs off the main living area you will find two bedrooms sharing a bathroom with a tub/shower. The kids room has a twin trundle bed and an extra playroom full of toys! The 3rd bedroom here is a queen bedroom. The 4th and 5th bedrooms are located up another staircase over the garage. The 4th bedroom with king bed is quite large and has a love seat and desk area, another great area to set up a remote workstation. The 5th bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. These two bedrooms share a bath with tub/shower.The large deck is a fun area to enjoy the tranquil lagoon views. Children and pets should be supervised at all times.
