Tankless gas hot water heater and central A/C. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Large backyard with covered porch, enclosed hot/cold shower, outdoor gas grill and laundry line. Plenty of off-street parking. Seacrest Beach is much less crowded than neighboring beaches! This duplex is thoughtfully updated and comes with many luxury amenities!Rentals are for a minimum of 1 week and are from Saturday to Saturday (NO EXCEPTIONS). Any cleaning required or damage incurred as a result of a guest stay may result in the guest having to pay for said cleaning/damage. Guests to supply own sheets, blankets, pillows, pillowcases and towels. Beach rental flag (which allows you to stay on the private beach) costs approximately $160 per week along with a refundable $25 security deposit. The beach rental flag can be obtained from the Seacrest Beach lifeguards. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED!
