It is located on the first level (1 LEVEL ABOVE PARKING GARAGE) which allows you to easily enjoy the beautiful beachfront view from the living or dining space in this open floor plan condo. This condo is just a short walk to the dune walkover & Beach Club.This condo offers: Queen bedroom, a second bedroom with a bunk twin over full , and a third bedroom with two bunk beds (twin over twin). There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room! Sleeps 9 comfortably. 2 High Def LED TV’s, WIFI, living room nicely decorated, a fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare a dinner and entertain guests at the same time. Everything you need for a great vacation! A storage locker is provided with this unit.Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island. You will have exclusive access to our private beach that is clean and groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax and unwind, away from the crowds. You are approximately 25 minutes from downtown Galveston and other great Galveston attractions.RESORT FEE:The Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for amenity wristband purchases. The fee is $25 per person (ages 4 and up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, hot tubs, workout facility, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, basketball, and pickle ball court as well as resort sponsored activities for the entire family. Sippin on Sunshine Restaurant and Bar is located at the Beach Club and is open seasonally.**It is important to note that we manage the rental of your vacation home. We are not in charge of the community grounds, pools, elevators or restaurants. Those are seperate entities. Purchase of the resort amenities (wristband) is optional.The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to enjoy these resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable.
