Beautiful new flooring on the first floor, a new half bath and gorgeous new master bathroom en suite were just completed in January 2022. This great property also allows small dogs now! Enjoy your visit to Sea Pines without needing to get in the car if you don’t want to-the prime location is close to everything.The property owners of this villa have pet allergies but know many guests want to travel with their four legged family members. With that, they will accept one small dog (under 20 pounds) of a hypoallergenic or non-shedding breed. Please no exceptions on this so that they may also still enjoy their property throughout the year.As with all of our villas, enjoy two free bikes to explore all of the beautiful nature and wildlife in Sea Pines, free high speed WIFI, a free fitness center pass to a local gym, as well as a fully stocked kitchen.Check in is a breeze as we mail your SeaPines vehicle pass and door code ahead of your arrival, eliminating the need for waiting in line at security.
