A single story layout, updated bathrooms, new furniture, a relaxing screened in porch are just a few of the great things you’ll remember when reminiscing about your visit.The property owners of this villa have pet allergies but know many guests want to travel with their four legged family members. With that, they will accept one small dog (under 20 pounds) of a hypoallergenic or non-shedding breed. Please no exceptions on this so that they may also still enjoy their property throughout the year.As with all our villas, enjoy extra amenities like a free family fitness pass (just ask for a swipe card and info), free tennis, free WIFI and a couple of free bikes for exploring all of the beauty that Sea Pines has to offer. We also provide the beach towels, beach chairs, a fully equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer. All it needs is you!For your convenience, your Sea Pines vehicle pass and door code will be mailed to you prior to your arrival, eliminating the need for check in. Just drive straight to your villa, park right in front, and head to the sand!
