Remodeled post Hurricane Harvey with wood plank tile floors, fixtures, appliances, quartz counters in kitchen and baths, as well as, new impact resistant window walls overlooking the dunes. The in-unit washer & dryer offers added convenience to the coin operated laundry room used by the rest of the complex. Two shared swimming pools are available. The closest being out the entry door and across the parking lot.LIVING AREASoak up the morning sun from this perfect little coastal living space. The space is furnished with a large rattan sofa, sitting chair with ottoman, and swivel chair. There is also a large 46″ flat panel television with cable television. Smart TV functionality is not available in the living room at this time. You are welcome to bring your streaming stick to use. There are two large swimming pools shared among the complex. Located off the ever popular 11th street drag, Coral Cay Beachfront Condominiums is a short trip to downtown Port Aransas island gift shops and dining options. Old Town Port Aransas is a short golf cart ride away.
