After a full day of fun, get cooking in the gourmet kitchen, dine al fresco on the private balcony & soak up those amazing gulf views.”Seas the Day” features an open floor plan, cable TV with high-speed wireless internet throughout and is well-appointed with all the comforts of home. Offering a king bed in the en-suite master bedroom, one queen bed in the second guest bedroom and a bunk bed twin over full with a twin bed in the third. (also has queen sleeper sofa in living room)A storage locker is provided with this unit.Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island. You will have exclusive access to our private beach that is clean and groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax and unwind, away from the crowds. You are approximately 30 minutes from downtown Galveston and other great Galveston attractions.RESORT FEE:The Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for amenity wristband purchases. The fee is $25 per person (ages 4 and up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, hot tubs, workout facility, basketball & pickle ball court. Resort sponsored activities are offered during the year for family fun. Sippin on Sunshine Restaurant and Bar is located at the Beach Club and is open seasonally.The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to purchase and enjoy their amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable. We suggest you purchase closer to your arrival date. For questions about the fee or amenities, please contact the Beach Club at Purchase of the resort amenity wristband is optional.**It is important to note that we manage the rental of your vacation home. We are not in charge of the community grounds, offered amenities, the pools, beach, elevators or restaurant.IMPORTANT TO KNOW:*Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 a.m. *You are welcome before check-in & after check-out to enjoy the beach and resort amenities if you have purchased Beach Club wristbands.*Rental is equipped with Ring doorbell.*Please note that all condos are accessible by stairs or elevators. In the event that elevators are placed out of service, stairs will be required. There are no refunds or alternatives for access to your vacation rental.*Age Requirement is 26+ *No Prom, Graduation or High School groups are permitted even with chaperones!CANCELLATION POLICY:*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.TRAVEL INSURANCE:Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation.
