Located in downtown Bluffton, this home is within biking distance to the Wharf Street Boat Landing/Oyster Factory Park on the May River, and all the shops and restaurants in the Promenade and Calhoun Street. With a dedicated office, it’s the perfect set-up for travelers that work remotely, all you have to do is bring your laptop! In the mood for some sunshine? There is a small, private courtyard in back to get some work done or just relax with friends and family. During season there is a community pool available for guest use.This renovated townhome has a well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances and vinyl plank flooring throughout. All three bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor, as well as a loft area for lounging. The main bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite bath. The other two bedrooms (one queen bed/2 twin beds) share a separate full bathroom. One medium-size, mature, housebroken dog is welcome with non-refundable $300 pet fee.
