Bed linens, towels and beach supplies included.The deck has ample seating with a large umbrella. Place drinks and ice in the outside cooler and you won’t have to make trips inside when you want a drink.Additional house rules:-We only rent to individuals over 25 years of age. Anyone under 25 must be supervised by an adult at all times.-No prom stays,-No alcohol consumption by guests under the age of 21
