Seas The Dream and stay in paradise. This spacious vacation home is located in the gated community of Gulf Highlands. You will feel miles away from everything inside this quiet resort, yet walking distance or a short drive to all that is going on in Panama City Beach! With plenty of room for everyone to kick back and relax, you will feel right at home! Ample seating in the living room for games or movie night. Enjoy a meal on the back patio. Primary bedroom has king bed and access to the balcony. 2nd bedroom has a queen and full bed. There is also a queen sleeper in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare all of your meals.Gulf Highlands Beach Resort has 11 swimming pools, 5 of which are heated throughout the winter months. Tennis courts, shuffleboard, pickle ball courts, wifi hot spots, and the unit itself is a short 5 min walk to the beach. There is also a beachside restaurant restaurant complete with private beach side pool and beach access.The home comes with access to 2 bicycles, patio seating, grill, and beach accessories to complete your stay.Additional amenities include:Ladder BallCorn Hole2 Kid & 2 Adult Golf ClubsTennis RacketsShuffle Board SetI am easily reachable through the messaging system, and usually respond within a few minutes to an hour. Once booked, you will have my personal cell phone number to reach me in emergency situations.Gulf Highlands is a quiet little gem in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the busy beach life. Each home has 2 dedicated parking spaces. The resort has 11 swimming pools, 5 heated during season, mini-golf, tennis, and shuffle board.Most vacationers choose to walk or bike to head to the beach. There are many attractions within walking distance or a short trip by car.
