With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this beach getaway is pet-friendly and has a great backyard with a sparkling pool and plenty of outdoor seating options.As you walk into your new home away from home you are welcomed into the spacious kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with essentials including utensils, pots, pans, and island seating. Grab your drink of choice out of the wine fridge and gather friends and family for a formal meal at the dining room table. The living room has a comfy sofa, a TV, and beautiful French doors that lead to the pool.Relax and unwind in the modern coastal primary bedroom, with plenty of storage space and an ensuite bathroom with two pedestal sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is a perfect night’s sleep with coastal hues and access to the pool deck, ideal for letting in the tropical breeze before bed. The third bedroom is perfect for single travelers or younger guests. The second bathroom features a shower and tub combination perfect for refreshing after a long day of Anna Maria Island adventures. Additionally, there is a futon in the living area to ensure every guest has a comfortable stay and a washer and dryer for guest use.Room Details-Primary Bedroom: King bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower- Second Bedroom: Queen bed- Third Bedroom: Two twin bedsPlease note a starter set of supplies are left for your arrival. Anything beyond what is left renters are responsible for providing. Starter set includes. 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, small hand soap, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, small dish soap and 2 pods for dishwasher.*Please note: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
