Seashore’s Sandbar is a five-bedroom, four-bath beach house located 0.3 miles west of Surfside Pier. This home features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with granite counters and stainless steel appliances including a microwave and dishwasher, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans throughout. Six TVs (LG Smart TV in living room) and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include three king, one queen, and two double-sized beds, plus one queen-sized sofa bed. Outdoor amenities include a private 18.5-by-11.5-foot swimming pool (5-foot deep), pool furniture, covered porch, and shower with hot and cold water. This property is a duplex. Motorcycles permitted. Trailers permitted. Golf carts permitted. Owner will reimburse guests up to $150 off golf cart rental on reservations of seven nights or more. Limited to one golf cart per reservation. No smoking.
