This gorgeous seasonal cottage is perched on the edge of the ocean with absolutely stunning views. There is an incredible master suite on the 2nd floor with huge picture windows and an en-suite bath. There are 2 more bedrooms and a full bath on the main floor each with a full size bed. The large open living area has a beautiful new kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless stove/oven. Relax on the 2nd floor balcony or on the adirondack chairs in the backyard, near the water’s edge.Set back from the road on King Phillips Trail, Seaside provides you with a peaceful escape that seems worlds away, yet is near all the action of downtown Boothbay Harbor. This beautiful area is a great spot for walking or jogging and even ties into one of the area’s best hiking trails.Seaside Cottage is managed by Chill Vacation Rentals, a small, local company who is attentive to your needs and is available 24/7 in the unlikely event that you need assistance. Seaside, like all of our properties is in excellent condition and has high-quality cotton sheets, duvets with covers that are changed out on every turnover, and fluffy towels.*access to this property requires a walk down a hill and stairs from the parking area. There is a nautical rope railing. It is not suitable for anyone with limited mobility**the parking area is small and fits 2 cars. Parking is not allowed on the street**there is no direct water access from the cottage**this cottage does not have AC*
