Very close to Kings Beach & Fisherman’s Beach.The Space:This 1500 sq. feet home has anything you need! This home comes with a,Fully furnished kitchenWe have a TV with streaming!Spacious Work deskFully Furnished dining room table to gather the family,!Transportation:Salem is a 10 minute drive. Boston is about 30 mins.There is a commuter rail train to Salem and Boston. It is a 6 minute walk from the house. The commuter rail to salem is a 15 minute ride. To Boston it is about 45 minutes.Parking:Feel free to fit two cars in the driveway.Rules:* Please remove outdoor shoes inside…Bring indoor slippers or shoes if you prefer.* No smoking, no beer pong, and no loud music or partying after 11 pm.* Guests should clean up after themselves, including dishes. Remember, everything must be left how you found itPets:Pets are okay. We charge a pet fee that is used for the additional clean. Any additional damage done by a pet will be taken out of your security deposit. We must be aware of pets on the premises. Please indicate you are bringing a pet at booking and payExtra Guests:No unlisted guests. When booking, we ask our guests to indicate the total number of guests who are staying at the property. You do not have to update your reservation if this changes, just send us a message to let us know. Please note that this cannot be over the max amount of guests at the original booking.Dishwasher & Disposal Rules:Do not use the disposal!!! Food goes into the TRASH!Step 1: Dump plate into the trashStep 2: Rinse plate in sinkStep 3: Place in dishwasherIf the disposal breaks or the dishwasher backs up and leaks, you may lose your security deposit for careless behavior! I hate to sound uptight but you wouldn’t believe what we have seen!***Every extra hour of cleaning beyond normal sheets, linens & surfaces is an extra $50 an hour that will be taken out of your security deposit. This is at the sole discretion of our housekeeper. She invoices us for all extra work. Please try and leave place as close to how you found it as possible.****Do not unplug anything that was plugged in when you checked in. If we have to send someone to reconnect wifi or any other devices, you will be charged $50. Our security cameras run off wifi, we need it to remained plugged in. We have cameras monitoring entrances and exits only.Do not blast/turn off the AC/heat. The temp must be set between 60-80 degrees at all times.**Trash goes in the small barrel, all recycling goes in the large barrel. Swampscott has very strict trash rules. If our cleaner has to spend extra time digging through your trash, we will have to bill you additional cleaning hours**
