You can walk onto the sand from your sliding glass door in the living room, enjoy your coffee from the upper deck while looking out to sea, and listen to the sound of the ocean while falling asleep. The first floor has a fully equipped and recently remodeled kitchen, laundry room, full bathroom, and living room with tv, fireplace, and large window looking out to the ocean. Upstairs is the other full bathroom and three bedrooms with a deck.Rio Del Mar Beach: View the dolphins and seals swimming up and down the ocean during the strolls on the beach. Bring your binoculars for whale watching! Other activities include boogie boarding, surfing, swimming, sea shelling, and building sand castles. It is the perfect playground for everyone!Walking to shops:Walking distance to the Market, coffee shop, deli, and Venus Restaurant.
