A sitting room in the middle with flat screen TV separates the two bedrooms. The second floor offers a spacious living room with another area to watch TV and French doors take you to a sprawling balcony with breathtaking gulf views. Just off the living room is an over-sized gourmet kitchen and dining room. Stainless appliances and a high-end range will delight the chef in the family, while the eat-in kitchen has dining space for 10 and bar seating for 3 allowing the whole family to gather for those beach-side dinners.Up one more level to the third floor, guests will enjoy a third living room, wet bar/breakfast bar, flat screen TV and decorative fireplace.
