Fully equipped kitchen and condo. Washer and dryer, iron and board, free high-speed WiFi, hair dryer, pickleball rackets, etc.Sugar Beach has a fresh water pond with turtles and huge fish, bbq area, clubhouse, shuffleboard, pool & tennis/pickle ball courts.Walking distance to Hammerhead Freds, Longboards, Bricks & Barley Pizza, Hershey’s Beach Ice Cream shop, PCB Winery, golf, go-carts, shopping, etc.Please note: there is an additional $35.00 fee per parking space that needs to be paid prior to checking in to the H.O.A. for parking passes and wrist bands.Pet friendly upon request and approval of owner/host. Vet records to be provided upon registration/check in. Pets approved by owner first. $50 Owner/Host Inside Pet Fee.
