Clearwater Beach has won multiple top places in awards relating to its shores and attractions. This perfect vacation setting is more than a home away from home, with seaside charm that will constantly remind you that the shore is close by.Or, swim in the salt water pool and enjoy the hot tub as you watch TV under the outdoor cabana in a tropical paradise. Enjoy the warmth of the fireplace under the cabana as you take in the ocean breeze. There is a full kitchen, BBQ, ice maker, and refrigerator for social gatherings and family time.The primary bedroom has a King bed with luxurious bedding.The second bedroom has a Queen bed also with luxurious bedding, and the third bedroom has a Single/Trundle bed.There is a detached Bungalow that has a Queen bed and Sleeper sofa, full bathroom, full kitchen and living space. Great space for privacy.**MINIMUM MONTHLY RENTAL- CITY ORDINANCE**Important Info:Pets are not allowedPool heat is $35 per day + taxes – at 85 degrees from Nov to AprilSpa heat is $15 per day + taxes – runs for 8 hours dailyTravel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip!
