OCCUPANCY LIMIT 6 – NO PETS – SEBAGO LAKE WATERFRONT. UP TO 4 DAY GUESTS ALLOW OCCASIONALLY. Frontage is on Northwest River with open views of Sebago Lake. A great cottage for families with children – the town beach is just a minute walk away where you’ll find a safe buoyed swimming area (the town beach is only open to residents or their guests/tenants and very seldom over-crowded). This nicely renovated and private waterfront cottage is the perfect place to relax with a nice view of the lake from the enclosed porch and large dock. Spacious interior includes a living/dining area with fireplace, nice sitting room and good size family room/den with addtional sleeping. One bedroom and full bath on first floor, second bedroom and 1/2 bath on second floor. Great (Maine Cottage) feel. Dock at river’s edge. Marina facilities close by. Nice, level lot around cottage with high bush blueberries available in August – yum! 20 minutes to Naples and North Windham. NO OUTDOOR FIRPITS ALLOWEDWaterfront Description: Riverfront,with good fishing. Shared, sandy beach nearby – safe swimming for children, nice view of the open lake.
