Very secluded 3br family friendly (pets considered) full Cape at the end of a cul-de-sac. Located in rural Stage Harbor section of Chatham this house allows our renters to adhere to the current Mass State Covid-19 Guidelines, while enjoying walking & biking attractions the backside of Chatham offers. House is situated on 1 acre of property at the end of a cul-de-sac with one side adjacent to conservation land, very quiet area.Two working fireplaces, full eat in kitchen with dining room and living room. One bedroom upstairs with King & Twin beds, second bedroom with Full & twin beds. Full bath on second floor, tons of closet space in both bedrooms. Master suite located on the 1st level with a King Size Tempur-Pedic bed, flat screen w/ cable & full bath. Plenty of closet space on both floors and a 1st floor laundry space.
