Set in the tranquille mountains of Malibu. Very rural. Dog friendly house for one dog.The canyon from our home leadingto PCH is popular for road biking. You can hike right from the house. The views from the lower bedrooms are towards the mountains.Private residence overlooking the ocean from jacuzzi, living area, yard, kitchen, dining room & master bedroom on 3rd floor. . This is a very safe neighborhood.The house is showing art which was displayed in famous Tv shows and movies.The owner is an art dealer to the movie industry and all art is for sale.
