One queen en suite is downstairs, with two king en suites upstairs. Two children’s bedrooms are upstairs – both rooms have two twin beds in them. A larger, multi-generational family will appreciate the diverse sleeping arrangements and fabulous open spaces inside and out. This home has a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with an icemaker, microwave oven, waste disposal unit – and all crockery and cutlery are included. The dining room table offers plush seating for six, with two additional bar stools at the kitchen island, and even more seating (for eight) on your deck.Enhancing your dream vacation is only beyond the patio door. Stepping outside, onto a large pool deck you can enjoy a day of sun. Additionally, the pool is meticulously maintained by a licensed pool technician on a weekly basis, guaranteeing a pristine oasis for relaxation and recreation.*** AMENITY CHARGE: Starting May 1st, an amenity charge will apply at a rate of $10 per person per day or $40 per person per week. This fee grants access to our exclusive amenities, ensuring every guest can fully enjoy their stay.Important note about using the resort amenities:In reference to the use of the community pool, tennis courts, and fitness center, the guest will have to go to the building next to the golf clubhouse where they will check in with the HOA to get a key FOB. There is a refundable $20 deposit required which they get back upon returning the FOB. They will be able to access the pool with the Key FOB with up to a maximum of 6 guests.
