Description

The nitty gritty: rental is in one week increments with a one week minimum stay with Saturday turnover. Towels and linens are not provided (linen rentals are available for people flying in). No smoking and pets are not allowed. For your convenience, my calendar is always up to date.This two story home is a perfect family get away. The views of Island Pond from the home and oversized wrap around deck are dramatic. The house boasts 4 bedrooms, a loft with a twin sized pull out bed couch, and another full sized pull out bed couch in the lower level family room. The stairs to the pond, great for swimming, reveal a private sand beach. There are no kayaks at the house, but a place that rents them is nearby.The home, on almost an acre of land, is on a dead end dirt road with only one other home on the street. Seclusion, yet so close to many activities. Plymouth center is only 20 minutes away. The Sagamore Bridge is only a 5 minute drive.
