There’s even a little vegetable garden and apple and apricot trees.This charming home has been beautifully remodeled while keeping the original elements like a natural stone bedroom fireplace for candlelit elegance along with gorgeous hardwood floors and ponderosa pine ceiling beams.The living area includes a TV equipped with a Local Channels Antenna as well as Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime and many other apps through Apple TV. The room is open and full of light from multiple large windows. Please check the living room closet for a large stash of area information along with a great selection of games and books, compliments of the Sedona Friends of the Library.The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig K475 coffee maker and a Ninja Mega Kitchen System blender and processor. Several sweeteners including local honey and raw sugar are provided along with numerous varieties of tea and coffee. At least 20 different spices await your creative touch in the kitchen. A special treat is the pure spring water right from the tap provided to a small area by the Oak Creek Water Company.You will find everything you need in this kitchen with a full size gas range, microwave, toaster oven, fridge, dishwasher, disposal, washer/dryer (detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets provided), all dishes and glassware, all cookware, etc. Even a high chair is available upon request.The master bedroom, like the kitchen and the second bedroom, has the original ponderosa pine beamed ceiling as well as the original fireplace, now graced by candles. The king bed has a Jennifer Adams luxury memory foam mattress and a down comforter. This room also has a TV powered by Apple TV.The second bedroom also has a king bed with Jennifer Adams mattress and a hypoallergenic alternative comforter and hypoallergenic pillows. Both these bedrooms have large closets and luggage stands.The main bathroom has a large tiled shower with adjustable shower head and all the products you expect including shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, body wash, lotion, cotton balls, swabs, make-up removal pads, etc.The third bedroom has a Jennifer Adams queen mattress with down comforter, great views, and private doors onto two patio areas. There is a wardrobe and luggage rack. It sports a sparkling new bathroom with a vessel sink and a full tub with shower.For travelers with little ones, enjoy an Evenflo port-a-crib with a 3 inch mattress and sheets, a stroller, a high chair, a walker, a potty chair, a changing pad, and a baby bath seat.
