It offers a mild climate, numerous trailheads within Red Rock State Park and beautiful landscape, perfect for hiking, mountain biking and outdoor or adventure enthusiasts. Sedona has a vibrant arts community, New Age shops, workshops and spiritual retreats for those seeking a peaceful getaway.Sedona offers year round activities including the National Day of the Cowboy, Red Rocks Music Festival and Sedona Winefest. If you’re looking for a thrilling adventure you may want to try a Pink Jeep Tour or hot air ballooning over the picturesque Red Rocks. If you’re looking for a relaxing adventure you may want to try a yoga retreat or a day at a serene spa. Sedona is centrally located allowing visitors a day trip to many of Arizonas towns. Flagstaff is a 45 minute drive, Cottonwood/Camp Verde are a 30 minute drive and Prescott is a 1 hour and 15 minute drive.INSIDE THE HOMELiving room: A perfect gathering place to read, watch tv and cozy up after a long day of sightseeing and exploring. This open space allows guests to mingle while relaxing, preparing meals and dining.Kitchen: The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, except the ingredients. Appliances include a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and stove/oven.Bathroom 1: Located in the main hallway, it includes a garden tub, walk-in shower, double sink vanity and toilet. It has been stocked with all the necessary towels.Master Bathroom: Located in the master bedroom, it features a private toilet, walk-in shower, garden tub and double sink vanity. It has been stocked with all the necessary towels.Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a full size bed, bedside tables and lamps. There is additional storage space in the closet.Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a queen size bed, bedside table and lamp. This bedroom allows guests access to the backyard through the french doors. There is additional storage space in the closet.Master Bedroom: This bedroom features a king size bed, side tables, TV and lamps. This bedroom has a private bathroom and walk-in closet. French doors allow guests to access a private patio.Laundry room: There is a full-size washer and dryer conveniently located off the main living area. Laundry supplies are available for guest use.OUTSIDEThe backyard provides a place to enjoy your coffee and the Arizona weather. The front patio provides a sitting area with privacy wall . Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee. Once a property manager has reviewed your reservation, these fees will be manually added. Once made aware, you will be sent an email of our policy on this matter.
