The owners have no living space on this level and there is no interior connection to the owner’s residence. This is phase one with a separate dedicated living room to be added. Please note that the yard is not yet fenced in and there is a lot of landscaping still to be completed with mounds of dirt. The patio, grill, seating, and firepit are all fully functional. No work in landscaping, etc. of any kind that could possibly disturb any guest will be performed during anyone’s visit.
