The screened-in porch leads to the large backyard deck with outdoor dining tables & chairs, outdoor shower and a boardwalk to your own private beachfront swing (the swing chair sits on the sand dunes which are protected by State law so there’s no direct walkway from the swing to the beach (which keeps it nice and private), please use the beach access adjacent to the house to get on the beach). Both bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the other side of the kitchen & living room areas.
