Description
Come enjoy our 3 bedroom/3 bath home located one block from the bay on a quiet, friendly street in the Indian Beach neighborhood between downtown Sarasota and the Ringling complex. Our home features a large, very well appointed kitchen, a beautiful, contemporary-style look in the furniture and décor, as well as a screened patio for dining and lounging with a water feature and protection from bugs. The very private, beautiful backyard also includes luscious, mature landscaping, a grilling area, and a pool with poolside lounging and lots of sun. Inside in addition to the open kitchen/dining/living area, there is a laundry room (with a washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, and cleaning supplies), a sitting area, some work-out supplies, and an office area in the spare room (for those working remotely) with Internet and WiFi, a sitting area off the kitchen, as well as the three bedrooms and the three bathrooms. The house includes two TVs (one 50″ in the living room and one 43″ in the master bedroom), Internet , and WiFi service.The master bedroom wing includes a king-size bed, a sitting area, its own 43″ TV, a large private bath with double sinks, a walk-in shower, a walk-in closet w/ a safe, a separate toilet room with a door, and double doors opening directly out to the pool and pool-side lounging. The queen bedroom includes its own private bath with a shower and a small desk area. The twin bedroom features two twin beds. Both guest rooms open onto the screened patio through French doors, allowing for lovely, airy ventilation and protection from bugs. The third bathroom is shared by the twin bedroom and guests to the home and includes a tub/shower set up. All bed linens and towels are provided.See the photos for the visual details described, as well as the look of the furnishings of the house. Internet, WiFi, water, cable TV, and electricity are included along with pool, lawn/landscaping, and pest control maintenance services. There is weekly pick up of trash and recycling at the curb, and many supplies to get you started. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday, and the minimum stay is one week due to zoning laws.
