It is located on the 1st level which allows you to easily enjoy the beautiful beachfront views from the private balcony, living or dining spaces in this open floor plan condo. A fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare a meal while entertaining guests at the same time. Our condo is just a short walk to the private Beach Club where you can take advantage of all the resort amenities.This condo offers: a king bedroom, a second bedroom with a full size bed and a twin. Also, a queen sleeper sofa in the living area! Sleeps 6 comfortably. 2 High Def LED TV’s, WIFI, living room nicely decorated, Fully equipped kitchen, Everything you need for a great vacation!A storage locker is provided with this unit.Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island. You will have exclusive access to our private beach that is clean and groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax and unwind, away from the crowds. You are approximately 30 minutes from downtown Galveston and Galveston attractions.RESORT FEE:The Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests, age 5 and up, per bedroom is allowed for amenity wristband purchases. The fee is $25 per person (ages 5 and up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, hot tubs, workout facility, basketball & pickle ball court. Sippin on Sunshine Restaurant and Bar is located at the Beach Club and is open seasonally.The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to purchase and enjoy the resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable.
