(There is no true foyer in the house. The main door opens directly to the living room).• Prefer guests who don’t plan to “crash” on the couch or sleep overnight on the sofas or recliners.• Adults/kids who respect furniture, floors, sofa ️ coverings, and art … please no food, M&Ms, & cookies on couch.• If you are looking for a more robust option which is less formal, then please consider our sister property “JuniperView Boathouse” right next door.
