Spend your days grilling out on the large sundeck, boating, fishing, relaxing on the large dock, and cozying up by the fire pit surrounded by a private forest.The floor-to-ceiling windows provide a beautiful view of the lake and large backyard.The main floor includes an open concept living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a laundry closet. Sliding glass doors open up to a spacious sundeck with a grill and outside dining.The upstairs includes the master bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bathroom.This house sits on 2-acres of land. A very spacious yard and a wooded area next to the house – great for exploring with kids!A 22ft South Bay Tritoon Boat is available at the dock. We rent it out at special request. It comfortably fits 11 people onboard. With 140hp – it’s great for watersports and tubing!The water has a depth of 6ft at end of the dock and continues to deepen quickly, making it the perfect spot for taking a relaxing dip or fishing right off the dock.
