Parking is available with one assigned spot marked with a sign that reads “McPeak/Goddard.” Additional unassigned parking spots can be found at building 11, with overflow parking available at building 7. For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the unit. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment. Please refrain from hosting parties or large gatherings in the home. As this is a condominium unit, we kindly ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum after 9:00 pm to respect the peace and privacy of our neighbors.
