This home is in a great location to visit any of the lakes and mountains that the Lakes Region of NH has to offer!NHMR LIC #101258Other things to noteGrill: We ask our guests to clean the grill after use or before check out as a courtesy to the next guests otherwise, additional $35 fee will be charged for cleaning the grill. Thank you!Ice: Please note that we do not have an ice maker available on the premises, we kindly request that guests bring their own ice if needed.Winter time: Given the harsh and unpredictable New England weather, we do not guarantee that deck will be cleared off during the winter time. We’re hoping for your understanding!Please remember to bring your own beach towels if you plan to visit the beach, as we only supply bath towels.Please pay close attention to the hot tub rules outlined in our property guidelines. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in a significant charge. Specifically, if the hot tub rules are not followed, there will be a fee of $450 or more to cover the costs of draining and rebalancing the hot tub water.
